Shitake Mushrooms
 
 
1 lb    shitake mushrooms, stem removed  
6 Tbs    soy sauce  
2 tsp    minced ginger  
2 tsp    minced garlic  
2 tsp    sugar  
1/4 cup    dry sherry  
1/4 cup    corn or peanut oil  
 
Prepare grill or broiler to high. Mix all ingredients, add shiitake mushrooms and marinate for 15- 20 minutes. Grill for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
 
Servings: 4
Yield: 1/4 lb.
