Preheat oven to 375° |

Line a 10 x 15" cookie
sheet with aluminum foil and lay out the saltines. |

Melt the butter and brown
sugar in a sauce pan on medium heat until it boils; boil for 3
minutes. Pour this toffee mixture over the crackers evenly. Put the
pan in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let
stand for 1 minute. |

Pour the chocolate chips on
top of the crackers and toffee and spread around until melted.
Sprinkle nuts on top and refrigerate. |

After it has fully cooled
peel the toffee off the aluminum foil and break into pieces by hand. |
