| This is a very easy recipie and fast. Good to serve
for Sunday nite supper. |

| Heat the oil in a Dutch oven 0ver
medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Add garlic and
cook two minute. Add the beans. broth and tomatoes. Increase heat
and bring to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Serve hot
with good bread. |
