Bean & Sausage Stew
 
 
This is a very easy recipie and fast. Good to serve for Sunday nite supper.
 
1 Tbs    olive oil  
13 oz    chicken sausage, sliced 1/4 inch thick  
2   cloves garlic, sliced  
19 oz    can white beans, drained  
14.5 oz    chicken broth  
14.5 oz    can diced tomatoes undrained  
8 oz    1 package fresh lettuce  
1 dash    of sea salt  
1 tsp    freshly ground pepper  
1   sprig of fresh rosemary  
 
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven 0ver medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Add garlic and cook two minute. Add the beans. broth and tomatoes. Increase heat and bring to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Serve hot with good bread.
